The masses and students cry of impoverishment but Mama First prides herself in political enrichment. It's a contemporary, tragic play that can be enjoyed if read along both feminist and Marxist wavelengths and standpoints. Like Arthur Miller's The Death of the Salesman, the play explores the tragedy of modern man, an isolated hero.
